So, Leute, ich habe noch mal gebootet, aber nach all den Anstrengungen hat es keine Verbesserung gegenüber meinem ersten Post gegeben. Opera spielt überhaupt keine Videos ab, obwohl ich sie runterladen kann (Quellcode → Quelle → Datei runterladen).
Möglicherweise sind die Videos in einem Format, was die Browser nicht können.
Nachfolgend mal die Eigenschaften von einem Video, das in Firefox und Chrome kein Bild zeigt und in Opera gar nichts macht:

Ich kann mit dem Stand leben, irgendwann wird das wieder. Ich brauche Opera und Chrome ja ohnehin eigentlich nur, wenn Firefox mal passen muss. Und dann habe ich ja immer auch noch VLC.

Very interesting. Unfortunately, I’m not the guy new-compiling versions… 
The user there is noting that packman seems to be not yet up to date with all packages for Leap 15.5
So, it might resolve itself in the near future.
