Very slow repos ( almost dead )

hi guys , i’ve installed openSUSE 11 today and the updates are almost dead , when i try to update the repos it updates with something like 500 bit !!!

i can ping download.opensuse.org very well ,

thanks in advance .

already fixed by changing into a near by mirror .
