Version 12.2 - UEFI system booting

When attempting to install version 12.2 on a working (Arch Linux) uefi gpt partioned drive with grub2, and telling installation system NOT to install a bootloader, the system appears to have destroyed any form of booting.

The Grub2 super disk (Super Grub2 Disk 2.00 beta 1) appears to be unable to find any bootable system.

Some simple questions :–
Has any testing been done for gpt partitioned uefi system? There is little information on this subject! Some other forum questions about uefi have talked about MBR systems which are inappropriate for gpt partitioning!
Has even one working system been produced and if so are there any installation instructions available?
Is any work being done for such systems?

Hi
Working for me… I’m running grub2, uefi and gpt. I didn’t allow the
install to format /boot/efi though. I can boot via grub2 openSUSE, SLED
11 and SLES 11.
