How i can Disable/Enable this log file ?

I can’t remember ever seeing that. And google doesn’t find anything but your post.
after apply updates

openssh-6.2p2-3.10.2.x86_64.rpm is for openSUSE 13.1 so if you’re running that, you’re years behind and it has reached End of Life (a year ago, in fact) - it’s no longer getting updates, security patches or anything.
You should, at the minimum, upgrade to 42.2.
