Using Device Tree Mode?

My small main computer is a Radxa Rock 5B. It’s a single board computer powered by an ARM-based Rockchip RK3588 system-on-chip. It runs Tumbleweed but I’ve been having some problems. Apparently the main culprit is the use of ACPI.

The SPI firmware I’m using, the experimental EDK2 UEFI, recommends the use of Device Tree Mode. I have found the setting in the firmware but activating DTM makes the boot process stop after GRUB. My guess is that I’m missing a Device Tree that works with my kernel (currently 6.8.6).

Is it possible to get Device Tree Mode working with my system?
