User Pictures in KDE4.1?

Is there any option for setting user-pictures in KDE4.1? Searched everywhere but didn’t find anything.

Right click on the desktop. Choose Desktop Settings, to the right of Picture there is a browse icon.

Thanks Jeff, but thats not what i meant. I dont want to set a wallpaper, but an avatar for every user of the pc which is shown in the kdm.
