usbcore.ko ???

When i moved from 11.1 to 11.2 I noticed this file is no longer available in the /lib/modules/2.6.31.12-0.1-default/kernel/drivers/usb/ directory???

What has happened here? I have been trying to use my blackberry as a modem with berry4all/bbtether as it used to work in 11.1 and this seems to be the only difference.

When I perform an lsmod I see usbcore as a module in 11.1 but not in 11.2 so i suspect this may have something to do with this not working…

Thanks, it’s compiled in–oops. Well, something else must have a hold on the BB. berry_charge is not the responsible module as it is de-registered.

Some module or such has a hold on it and I get timeout errors. I guess I will re-post with a different title so people will look at it for what the device is…
