This is not a live dvd but its close
Index of /repositories/openSUSE:/Factory:/Live/images

unzip the file and dd to a usb stick.
It is a factory build and I had a little bit of trouble getting it working but if you want to try it download the file and I will be happy to walk you through it.
It is a complete install

You will get more help if you supply some feed back

Well i have downloaded a 64bit version of it and I have windows 7 64bit but i have decided to try the 32bit instead as it will work on more PC so from vista 32bit, XP 32bit or kubuntu 32bit which ever is easier to install from

Hi
I would use kubuntu. All you need to do is identify the usb dev
device, eg /dev/sdb (or do they still use hd?). Anyway if you know the
device all you need to use is the dd command.

dd if=openSUSE-11.2-KDE4-LiveCD-i686.iso of=/dev/XdY bs=4M;sync

Where X is either s or h and Y is b/,d etc as identified when the
device is plugged in.

Use the fdisk -l command and post the output and will help you identify
if your not sure.
