Patience - remember that forums are not real-time. Someone with some
experience with this is sure to come by, but sometimes you need to wait a
bit for someone with the right expertise to come by.

Open thunar and mouse right click the usb drive

It mounts when I double click on it where as in other linux distros or opensuse 12.2(other desktops like gnome) it mounts automatically.wat’s d problem?Did I miss anything

See if this helps:

Using Removable Media [Xfce Docs]

Not working still.actually I tried to install opensuse 12.2 with XFCE desktop on another system and it is working fine which is mounting automatically.

Did you follow the link deano_ferrari posted?
Open thunar, then
edit-preferences-advanced-volume management
Make sure it is checked (enable volume management) then
click configure (in blue text), the rest is self explanatory.

Yes I tried that but didn’t work for me

No problem at all, it just behaves differently.
