USB Keyboard not Working

Hello, my USB Keyboard is not working properly.

The fist time the system starts and it goes to the login screen… all the keys get messed… so I have to unplug and plug the keyboard again… so the keys start work perfect!

After the initializaion of KDE the keys get messed again… so one more time i have to unplug and plug the usb keyboard again after this procedure the keyboard works… but if I restart my machine
i get the same problem.

1. You need to post a new message here and include the terminal results of the two commands (lsusb & dmesg | tail), as requested before.
2. Include openSUSE Version and Desktop version.
3. Include your PC hardware make and model.
4. Include info on the keyboard and mouse make and models. If wireless, have the batteries been replaced lately?
