USB Floppy Driver monitor issue

Hello,

I got a problem when I use USB Floppy drive in SLES 11 x64.

When I connect USB Floppy drive with write protected floppy, I cant copy file to floppy. Its ok.
Now, I replace the floppy with write free floppy, I am unable to copy file to floppy. Its showing error message " Readonly ".

can any body reply what may be cause.

Did you unmount the floppy before removing?

Also, if you are using SLES, you may not get response from this forum because here, most of the members deal with openSUSE only.
