Can I upgrade from 11.4 to 12.1 and if so is there a page that gives instructions?

If you use Gnucash, Claws, Pan or Kontact 4.4, it might be worth waiting a
while before updating.

In the upgrade notes, take special note of the line, “It is very important
that all important data is backed up prior to beginning the upgrade
process.”
