So, I would like to upgrade my Opensuse 11.4 to 12.1, does someone knows how to this?

Please note that 12.1 is not there yet, it’s still in beta stage. Wait untill 12.1 is released in november.

Yes, but 12.1 is not released yet. If you have problems, it is your
problem. Not recommended unless you know how to solve them.

no, once 12.1 is released you ‘upgrade’ which is not an “install from
zero” (but, you can do that if you wish…that is what i always do: a
clean format and install and then join the backed-up personal data into
the fresh system–but that is not a published and supported method)…
there are two supported methods to upgrade:

i would suggest you use one of the two above…as they are known to work…
