Upgrade OpenSUSE 10.3

Hi
Don’t know if thats the correct forum, but here goes…

My company has more than 100 Desktops with opensuse 10.3… I want to upgrade them to opensuse 11.0 , and after that to 11.1. I want to create a repository with the packages, and upgrade them by local network, couse it’s gonna be faster. But I’m not sure how can I do this.

If you are responsible for 100 desktops you should know the answer to that question.
Backup and start with a fresh install of 11.1
