I thought it worth mentioning. Though it works for me, I’m not sure I want to advocate it.
But I did this to go from 12.3 to 13.1
And just today, to go from 13.1 to 13.2
This was the process:
Change my repos from 13.1 to 13.2
All my repos were available - if you have some that are not, you will need to disable those.
Then in Yast > Software Management (I use KDE so it’s QT and this option is available) > View by repository > System > Update all in this list Unconditionally
I closed the conflicts box and then viewed all Unmaintained packages > Chose delete all in this list.
That resolved the conflicts.
Proceeded with the update >
It’s a big download - mine was about 6GB
Once completed I re-opened the Software Manager to double check everything. Kernel and nvidia driver (Yes I updated all this in place)
Then I ran a grub mkconfig from the terminal, just to make sure.
Reboot
All is well and I have 13.2
Just needed to edit in the grub menu to reflect 13.2

No, the procedure is basically correct. I would do it in text mode,
though. Or with zypper dup.
There was a yast module for distribution upgrade, but it hasn’t seen
much testing. I’ve never used it. Actually it is old, I have seen it in
7.3 this afternoon… not the same one, but the same basic idea.
