Updating VLC beta to VLC

Hello,
After I installed Leap15.5, I don’t know how, but in my computer VLC-beta player installed. Is it possible just to uncheck that beta and check “real” VLC to fix thiis? What will happen with “media updates” sent for VLC beta? Would they be automaticaly replaced?

vlc-beta comes from packman extras repo. Simply uninstall vlc-beta, lock it and install vlc (either from OSS or packman).
