Tell please what to do?
Thanks for you answer.

Just change the text (“Distributor”) in that window and press OK.

That is briljant for something that has still 24 hours to go before being released.

Thanks, it works!

I didn’t want to wait for tomorrow.

I don’t know, he simply followed SDB:System upgrade - openSUSE and as I understand it hasn’t changed all that much so I guess this will be a standard question the following days.

So you got it in an “Illegal” way?

Maybe, but the same “problem” already existed when upgrading from 12.2 to 12.3.

And only people using grub2 are affected. So people that only upgraded from 12.1 or earlier (no clean install since then) and didn’t change to grub2 manually don’t have this glitch.

???
13.1 GM was on Nov. 8th, since then the final versions of all packages are available in the official 13.1 repos:
http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/13.1/repo/

nonsense, bosh.

rotfl!..

JFYI: It is reported here, for 12.3 already:
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=810055

And there seems to be some action going on now to fix this for good, see the bug report.
