updating software - need a fix for the dracut command sequence

The software updater for Leap 15.4 tried to execute the dracut command:

dracut: Executing: /usr/bin/dracut --kver=5.14.21-150400.22-default -f

Unfortunately the following problem occurred

dracut: *** Including module: plymouth ***
/usr/lib/plymouth/plymouth-populate-initrd: line 450: +: command not found

If that file is examined a “+” sign is sitting right on line 450 all by itself. It needs to be removed from this file.

This has come up before, but the change needs to be pushed over to the appropriate parties to correct in the software update.
