Updating kernel 11.4

At least keep you working kernel and test if the kernel in HEAD: repository works for you.

The question is if the upgrade is good or is not. The main question for only this thread is why.

WARNING: the kernels from the HEAD repo, are to be considered NOT STABLE. Please search the forums for “Tumbleweed”. The Tumbleweed repos aim to deliver stable packages for the latest and greatest amongst the linux kernel versions, ATM it serves the 2.6.38 kernel. So if you really want the 2.6.38 kernel, I suggest you make the switch to Tumbleweed. To be honest, I’m a bit surprised this has not been suggested so far.
