updating firefox and java

I’m a newbie and I need some help, please.

I have SuSe 10.3 and I would like to update Firefox to 3.0.5. I
downloaded and went through all of the hoops but the old one keeps
coming up.

Also, I have the java jre-6u11 and I keep getting the old one.

Any suggestions, please?

Use the repo’s
add this one
‘Index of /repositories/mozilla/openSUSE_10.3’
(http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/mozilla/openSUSE_10.3/)

then update all in that repo
