Updates and Reps not working?

Hello again, I have manage to get my internet working on my linux box :). Now I have another problem, It can not update, like if there was not repos, any bugs with this or something?

Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I have also try to install additional software, like “wine” for instance, and the same problem happens, like if there was not connection to the repo site what so ever.
