Updater errors

I just installed OpenSuse 11 and am in the process of updating and installing packages. Unfortunately my updater returns an error after I input the root password it returns the error

kdesu(10494)/kdesu (kdelibs) KDESu::KDEsuClient::command:
/usr/src/packages/BUILD/kdelibs-4.0.4/kdesu/client.cpp : 196 ] no
reply from daemon

I am also having troubles with running commands such as ndiswrapper in my terminal window. it returns the error ndiswrapper command not found. I have verified that the packages are installed however I cannot run it! help please!:’(

There are a lot of issues with KDE4 of the dvd install, I suggest you
have a look here and upgrade to 4.1

KDE4

If not, consider dropping back to KDE3 for a more stable desktop.

Alright, excellent call on the update to 4.1, very smooth, it even fixed my compiz settings! I have yet to test the ndiswrapper but have expectations for good things!lol!
