I upgraded to 13.2 last evening and scripted my machine totoshutdown shutdown. On booting this morning I see error

I am unable to edit any file in runlevel 1,
exiting to /usr/sbin/sulogin
Give root password for maintenance

On the bootsplash screen where it has all the options like boot to Desktop/Failsafe mode and all it only had kernel 13.11 so I scrolled down and booted to 13.16 and it worked. Still trying to figured out how to delete the old kernel files.
