Many questions for upgrading suse 11.2 to 11.3:
Should I download he package (I suposse so) or it is auoatically updateed from the net,
Supposed you answer was download the package to install, once I am in the installlation process, should I choose upgrade or new installation ?

What package?
If you are upgrading the distro, that doesn’t make sense.

You’ll want to delete all your repositories you currently have, then replace them with their 11.3 repository. Then you can just open a terminal and do a zypper dup. So, for example, these three repositories will get you 11.3:
Index of /factory-snapshot/repo/oss
Index of /factory-snapshot/repo/non-oss
Index of /update/11.3
You’ll have to add the 11.3 repositories of any third party repositories, for example the mozilla repository:
Index of /repositories/mozilla/openSUSE_11.3
Right now, 11.3 is in Release Candidate 2 stage, so holding off until the actual distribution is released would be your best bet, as the Packman Repository does not have all the packages the 11.2 repository has.
