Which OS are you using?
after doing zypper -v ref they came back. Guess something was stuck.
The 11.2 repo seems to be down right now:
Index of /repositories/KDE:/Distro:/Stable
Or missing, or something. Is there some maintenance going on?

this is what happened with zypper -v ref:
