Now you have to continue:
Continue? [y/n/v/…? shows all options] (y):
klick Enter/Return or type in y and klick Enter/Return on your keyboard.
That will download all packages and install them.
If you get any error, post them here.
That is because you don’t have auto refresh enabled for repo number one. You need to perform a zypper ref prior zypper dup.
Post you Repo list:
zypper lr -d
Your problem is this Repo:

An enabled Repo without enabled refresh is not the best choice…
As root:
zypper mr -f https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Printing/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/
And now as root:
zypper dup
