Update Issue ffmpeg

Hello, after the ppp-networkmanager issue is resolved I got again an issue with the Update. The newest update contains ffmpeg and shows an error message

File ‘./Essentials/x86_64/libavutil54-2.8.3-2.1.x86_64.rpm’ not found on medium ‘http://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/packman/suse/openSUSE_13.1/’

How should I proceed ?

I would say wait a bit, try again tomorrow. It may not be fully replicated to the various mirrors.
