update from 12.1 to 12.3 xen problem

Hi all,

i have updated an OpenSuse12.1 with xen to OpenSuse12.3. now i my guests run into trouble with this bug:

It seems to be solved with XEN3.8.2.2. How do i get this Version installed on OpenSuse 12.3 or is there a patch for kernel-xen-3.7.10-1.16.1.x86_64 to solve the
MAX_SKB_FRAGS bug?

problem solved: 1. update vm to 12.2
2. update host to 12.3
