Updated to latest (12/03/2015) and now bootloader is not showing windows option (installed on seprate HDD).
If you can open a commandline. I would avise you to do the following
sudo os-prober
If you see your other OS continue to the next step
sudo yast
Go to the system ----->>bootloader settings and change everything according your situation.
