I think this falls under ARM same as raspberry Pi. There is a version for opensuse which I’m trying to try this week on raspberry pi.
Nope, this is an Atom board and should run with x86 OS… 
ARM and raspi: Go for it! (Don’t try on raspi 1, not enough power for TW. For the other raspis: Post here if it doesn’t work. Maybe someone can help
