I expect something like that, too. It’s just that I would prefer a confirmation. When it comes to security we should not rely on our expectations.

As I said before, I could have installed even without signature. Hence, security could have been affected; though due to my own stupidity. I could stop myself, but in general human stupidity is unlimited…

I second that. No doubt a few people DID update in spite of the error.
Mine updates now without the error anymore. Thanks to whoever fixed it.

People that do that should not be allowed to admin their own machines, and
instead should pay a professional to care for their machines.
