Assuming you mean ‘openSUSE’ and not something I’ve never heard of.
Reformat the drive. Delete the partitions. Install something else over
it.

MMM would help to know if the OP has anything else installed. If they replaced the generic MBR with Grub simply over writing the partitions may cause a boot problem to any other OS they may have!!! That can be fixed but they need to know a bit about OS’s and booting
