Uninstall openSUSE 11.0 Installer?

Yesterday I successfully completed a dual boot installation of openSUSE 11.0 and Vista in a Toshiba Laptop.

When I boot into Vista I get a popup which wants me to “Uninstall openSUSE 11.0 Installer”. Should I do this?
For the time being I click on cancel.

I uninstalled it with no effects. If I can’t get my wireless card to work it’s back to Ubuntu!
