Undocumented Patch????

I have OpenSUSE 10.2 at home and the updater wants to install an “undocumented patch” for a long hex number.

What in the world is this?

I figured it out. It was a valid update.

But I was thrown by that “undocumented patch” thing. I didn’t know what it was.
