what should I do?

As the advice here on several places about installing multi media for openSUSE is to disable the Videolan repo after you have installed the libdvdcss package, you should not have got that message about problems with that repo at all.

Disable the Voideilan repo and try again.

The fact that there is a problem with that repo may be true, but that should not stop you from using the standard repos.

Thank you. I disabled it in software repositories and the error massage gone. Just from interest what exactly this error mean and why it suddenly appeared?

It’s nothing to worry about. Someone messed up the key probably. Just say yes, especially when you are sure of the safety of a repo. And Videolan is fine, this kind of error happens with Packman at times.
