You should know that openSUSE and the version you may be running is very different than the paid version which is SUSE.
You’ll need to identify exactly what you are running, if you downloaded the install source very recently it’s likely olpenSUSE LEAP 15.1 or Tumbleweed.
You should also identify where you pgagent package comes from.
Is it from the default repositories that are set up in a basic install?
Or, did your rpm package come from elseewhere?

In your case though, it sounds like you don’t have missing dependencies, you have a more basic problem getting the package installed and invoked.
