You can just use -f option as well as searching for installed packages…
zypper se -i ruby
zypper in -f <all files in above list>
But probably ruby, ruby2.1 and yast2-ruby-bindings should be enough.
What is installed from code-1 and what distribution is it intended for… did your issues start before or after this repository was added?
I reinstalled all packages. Please let me know if anything needs to be removed as I don’t use Ruby anywhere.

I believe this issue would’ve been before albeit I haven’t used bootloader. I installed Ananconda, which has Ruby, six months back. Issue should’ve been in 42.2 also. Hence I uninstalled Anaconda from my system.
Better is:
zypper se -si ruby
to see the Versions…
I think, there is a mix of Leap 42.2 and 42.3…
