Anyone having an issue trying to move or resize a skype window in 15.3?
The only way to move/resize is go into the Window settings (top/right of window) and select More Actions>Configure Special Window settings, and manually change the Position & Size values.
Posted in the Skype forum, and they suggested downloading the Insider Preview, which I did - no change.
Have also cleared all skype config settings and restarted - No change.
