Unable to modify Windows decorations.

Hello,

Newbie here with tumbleweed and KDE.

I have been trying to modify the windows decorations which currently, after install of the system, are very bright colors, blue down arrow, rocket, green plus sign… to get them to look like they appear in the KDE system settings screen. I seem unable to do this.

Where do these window decorations appear and where can I change them to something more pleasant (simpler).

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello MidGe
When you say modify the windows decorations are you asking about this , look in here > open the System Settings > Colours in there find the colour scheme you prefer
or edit any of the ones supplied and give it name then go and change anything over time in the fresh made copy , it’s cool and easy

I have one that started as “Breeze High Contrast” I dropped the custom colour scheme into - Home > yourname > .local > share > colour schemes and keep a spare saved copy elsewhere
Seems to do the job.
