Unable to login to OBS with a valid account

Hi,

Been trying for several weeks to access my OBS account. Tried resetting my credentials over at Micro Focus, making sure I have full access to my account. I’m even posting this from my own account.

However, I’m completely locked out of OBS. And there is no one I can contact directly. I’m out of options, and this is the only place I have an account where I can post.

Any suggestion is really appreciated on how to resolve this.

Ed1t: With some context; I’ve had my account for years, even been trying out OBS. And just noticed that I’ve registered the forum account in april, but the original account is almost ten years, if not more.

I have to ask:

With a valid SUSE/Micro Focus/Novell account, what services can I access? As I’m able to login to Micro Focus/SUSE, but have lost access to {build,community}-, but not forums.opensuse.org.

AFAIK, OBS and progress.opensuse.org, it is possible there are others that aren’t SSO…

The issue seems to be fixed somehow.

For anyone else that might come upon this thread, send an email to admin at opensuse.org and state your problem.

However, I believe the issue to be fixed, and by choosing the “Recover my password” option, I were able to trigger a working sync.
