But you should have libxine2-codecs from Packman of course, so xine can play all your multimedia files…
Yes, but not for openSUSE 12.3.
And as I wrote before, it is not needed anyway. Just use the version included in openSUSE or the one from multimedia:apps.
Be sure to install libxine2-codecs from Packman though!
