unable to install update; this is persistent

Hello,
I have three screen-shots to show you the name of the persistent package and what happens next. Please view these files and tell me what to do.

Thank you very much for your help.

Go to Yast and see if you can update that package from there.

Do not use Apper. Remove it from your system. Use YaST, it is THE system management tool of openSUSE.

I agree here. It seems like having apper installed by default is ‘too many cooks in the kitchen’. I have a persistent problem where packagekit blocks yast installer from functioning. The first thing on my check list is to remove it and I have no problems.

Thank you all for the idea that Apper should be uninstalled for better functioning. I have learned how I will execute the updates from YaST, no problems now.
