Unable to install rpm's

How do i go about fixing it?

Is this 12.1?
If you OK the error away, what happens?

Have you tried installing from a terminal?

I’m getting this also. If you hit “ok”, nothing happens because apper doesn’t open. Apper is a new app for 12.1, and still is in development. I haven’t had time to trace the problem yet. Just right click the rpm file and choose “open with” and then “Install/Remove Software”. This will open it with the Yast package manager.
