Hello,
I need instructions as to how I can go online with my wireless data card. The data card is Reliance Netconnect+.
When I insert the wireless data card it is detected as lsusb.
I need to make it detect as a serial device. I also need to know what is needed in /etc/wvdial.config
Any help would be appreciated.

You are not new here, thus I guess you have seen a lot of threads here allready. Thus you could have known that the volunteers that may try to help you ar not clairvoyant. And they can not guess what version of openSUSE you use, not what the output of the lsusb you did looks like.
