Unable to get the Xwindows in KDE

Dear All,

Once after logging using the ROOT a/c the Xwindows doesnt get started and the screen with Blue background and the mouse is getting displayed.

And the Desktop is not getting displayed in Gnome & KDE

Can any one tell me what the issue with my KDE

Are you saying, you are trying to login to ROOT GUI?
If so, i and many others will suggest, Never ever login to root in GUI.
