Usse YaST > System > Partitioning. You will see those partitions there. Select them and fill in the fields for mounting them (DO NOT FORMAT THEM!!!). As mountpoint you can choose what you want, but you may be used to things like /windows/C.

Are you sure you upgraded to 12.2?

Thanks hcw.
Now i am able to access them

That is fine.

Like caf4926, I wonder why you went to 12.2. 13.1 is the current version.

Odd. I’d recommend openSUSE 12.3 for you while 13.1 is still maturing, certainly not 12.2

Usually it’s very straightforward to have ntfs-3g partitions auto-mounted using the Partition Manager in YaST. But you
haven’t provided us a lot of detail to help anyone assist you. Please output the results of the console commands…

sh-4.2$ ls /
sh-4.2$ cat /etc/fstab
sh-4.2$ su -c "fdisk -l"

… and we can make a start.

Please look at post #4 above. It is already solved.
