Is there any way to run successfully umtsmon with kvpnc? Trying to build up a connection to a VPN provider using his profile openvpn and kvpnc. It connects as “low level connection” , the indicator of kvpnc remains red, but then kvpnc would not pass the network traffic through umts-mon (or better vice versa, umtsmon doesn’t). In principle I would like to pass both interfaces (wireless, umts) through vpn.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.
And what I did forget:
opensuse 11.1
KDE3.5
Kvpnc: vers. 0.9.0
Hello, hope somebody will at the end be able to give me a hand. I installed KVPN 0.96 del backport and now, surprisingly it connects with Openvpn to the provider correctly. Now I have one problem left. Although it connects (through a connect based on umtsmon) the traffic does not appear to pass through the vpn. I should be able only to call the testpage of the provider test account but I am loading everything instead. That means no passage in VPN.
What do I have to set up in KVPNC to pass the entire traffic through the tunnel?
Thanks (now that I am connected maybe we are close…)
Sorry guys, I continue searching. Why would Kvpnc connect with openvpn to the provider but the network traffic does not pass through the tunnel?
@linux-xu0v:~> cat /etc/resolv.conf

Does this output make any sense on behalf of this problem?
