.uif DVD will not mount

I have a DVD that is compressed in .UIF format. when it tries to auto mount it comes up with the following error:

‘the disk your using “_DVD” will not mount because the .uif filesystem does not work on your system’

using openSUSE 11.0 tried to use WINE to install MagicISO and mount that way but that doesnt seem to work unless you can mount it before you can see it in MagicISO, does anyone know a workaround?
