Two start-up problems

Hi, I just installed OpenSuSE on my laptop and have two start-up problems:

  1. I managed to configure my hotkeys using xev, xmodmap and the “Input Actions” from the “Configure Desktop” menu. The problem is, when I restart the computer, they no longer work. Xmodmap loads at re-start the correct Xmodmap file. Interesting is, that even if I restart khotkeys and re-set manually xmodmap it still doesn’t work. Only if I add new keys to “Input Action”, only they work
  2. I configured my Compiz, but after restart isn’t activate it. I must go every time to “Desktop effects” and check the box!

How to resolve these “problems”?
