Tweak tool puts icons on desktop, how do we change the size of them?

Hello,

The gnome tweak tool allows putting icons on the desktop, although they are pretty big.

Is there a way of changing the standard size?

Thanks,
Dean.

Hi and welcome to the Forum :slight_smile:
The icon size is set in Nautilus via the four squares top bar icon (top right center) and the slider bar, or dconf-editor or via gsettings;

gsettings set org.gnome.nautilus.icon-view default-zoom-level 'standard'

The options are ‘small’ ‘standard’ ‘large’ and ‘larger’.

PERFECT! Thank you so much!
